Watford Road Extension & Refurbishment

One of our favourite projects to date, a few years ago we were carrying out a large extension and renovation on Watford road St Albans, During this time Mr and Mrs Murphy moved in to the house next door. They had to put up with us during their first year in their new home. Little did we know at the time they would invite us back to work with them on their own project and what a project it turned out to be!

With a clear vision from the customer and their chosen architect we knew early on this was going to be a very enjoyable build. A large family home with lots of intricate detail and a high specification was a pleasure from start to finish. Our particular favourite was the extensive landscaping we carried out including the bespoke pond and waterfall feature.

Greenfield Projects brought our architects vision to life, transforming our lovely, but dated, 1930s house into an incredible family home.

From start to finish, we were impressed with their dedication to our project. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to find better, more efficient, and sometimes cheaper ways to improve the design, build and finish.

The team on site were incredibly professional, courteous and considerate to both us and our neighbours. First class workmanship across the trades, attention to detail and budget, and excellent communication, made the whole build run smoothly.
