A 1970’s home in need of modernisation, we took this property on as a full design and build project. We started early discussions with our interior designer on how the spaces will be utilised and designing the main structure around the end goal.
As the property was situated in both a conservation area and a rural setting, consideration was taken to compliment and enhance its surroundings. The front elevation was transformed to give a cottage style appearance. The rear was given a contemporary twist with an emphasis on glazing, bringing the outside in. The end result? A traditional/contemporary fusion and a happy homeowner!

Nothing is too much trouble, they are very thorough and do not cut corners. It’s the simple things that make a huge difference; they are on-site every day unless we are told otherwise, they keep us up to date with the next steps and timeframes so we know exactly what is happening and when. We will miss having Calum and gang around!
