St Albans
Following a recommendation from a previous client we visited this stunning Victorian townhouse in St Albans, After discussing the initial ideas with our client they asked us to implement this through a full interior design and build service. We worked closely with our customer and our in house interior design team (The Project at Home) to come up with a concept befitting the character of the property and enhancing its original features.
As our clients were still living in the property we had to be mindful of their day to day and work in a methodical manner to ensure a thorough and positive service was provided. Once the full interior scope was agreed we carried out a full internal remodelling and renovation service, managing the project, supplying materials and trades to cover every aspect of the renovation and restoration.
We always enjoy the challenge of restoring a period property to its former glory, we will look back on this one proud that we played our part in its story.

We are delighted with Greenfield Project’s work on our Victorian house, Calum and Tom were very hands on overseeing the overall project. They had an approach that was sympathetic to our period property, but still giving a modern finish. Chris, our site manager, made sure that the impact of the works was minimised whilst we lived in the house. Combined with Project At Home’s design input, we have an updated home we are really proud of.
